As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch as well as maintaining our product portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, under the leadership of Brand Management to ensure products meet market demands and align with our brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Factory Communication: Contact factories to confirm costing and component information for the Core Product line.
  • Cross-Referencing: Cross-reference information received from factories with product item cards and present to supervisor for approval.
  • Item Specification Updates: Update item cards with final information in preparation for verification.
  • Sample Inventory Review: Review current sample inventory; if samples are unavailable, request them from factories and confirm contents match item cards.
  • Sales Data Collection: Collect and format sales data for supervisor use in evaluating product performance.
  • Sample Testing: Test pre-production and post-production samples of products within assigned categories.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain the inventory system and manage sample stock levels in accordance with product requirements.

  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in sample tracking and inventory management.

  • Time Management: Excellent time management abilities to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Comfort in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Quick Learner: Ability to quickly learn new tasks and processes with minimal supervision.
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2 years of experience in Category Line and Business Management is required. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, marketing or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
